Our mission is to support and empower individuals with learning disabilities and/or ADHD to reach their full potential through access to equitable opportunities in achieving their educational, social, emotional, and career goals. Our mission will be realized through developing community awareness and providing education about the nature and impact of learning disabilities, advocacy, and collaborative efforts.

Our vision is that individuals with learning disabilities and/or ADHD are empowered to develop their potential, thereby enabling them to make positive contributions as citizens in their community.

Our goal at LDEdmonton is to provide a safe environment for individuals with LD and/or ADHD to learn how to better interpret and more effectively maneuver social interactions. In doing so, we endeavor to promote increased self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and confidence. Through our programs, we hope to help children and youth also build a support network and make friends who understand the challenges they face as well as the strengths they share.
